Beautiful coastal shoot on Saltburn beach

January 26, 2015

Last September I was lucky enough to collaborate with a fabulous team of wedding creatives on this styled shoot. We wanted to shoot on location in a natural environment so a coastal setting was an obvious choice. After some scouting the beautiful beach at the pretty sea side town of Saltburn was chosen. The stunning coastline cliffs, sand and pebble beach and the ornate pier created a stunning back drop for our ‘coastal wedding’ story. A collection of ‘undone’ wild, rustic and textured floral designs were created inspired by the landscape and it’s colours. A vast range of blooms including, Cosmos, Clematis, Dahlia, Roses, Hydrangea, Ammi, Mimosa, berried Eucalyptus, double Lisianthus, Trialing Amaranthus and Wax flower were combined to create a collection of designs including, a floral arch, bouquets, floral crown and table centre pieces.¬† The shoot has just been featured on the internally renowned wedding blog Style Me Pretty.
