Back in August Rachael married David in a lovely ceremony at St Marys Church with their reception at The Yorkshire Wedding Barn. Their day felt fresh and incredibly stylish, with Matt Ethan photography capturing this in the most beautiful way.
We created very natural designs with a romantic feel for Rachael and David. The colour palette chosen reflected this perfectly. They selected tones of white, ivory, nude and blush, with accents of grey and sage green foliage. The colours looked beautiful against the varying shades of grey that Rachael chose for her bridesmaid dresses.
The Flowers were a delightful mix of Roses, Lisianthus, Stocks, Sweet peas, Hydrangea, Freesia, Astilbe, Astrantia, Peonies and Veronica.
The Barn was dressed with potted Olive Trees and natural florals including an asymmetric styled urn, combining textured foliage and an abundance of scented blooms including our absolute favourite Rose, a white O’Hara. The large urn complimented the mini urn designs created for the guest table centrepieces.
The top table featured a textured garland which ran the whole length of the top table. It was a garland combining mixed varieties of Eucalyptus and Olive leaves with mixed blooms including gorgeous Quick Sand and Bombastic Roses. The silvery green foliage toned so wonderfully against the soft blush from the Roses.
The over all look was a natural, fresh, soft garden gathered style which sat perfectly in this beautiful barn venue and country setting.
