Faye and Nick’s soft and luminous Rudding Wedding.

August 23, 2016

Last month, the team here at Lucy Macnicoll Floral Design provided florals for the Lovely Faye and Nick’s beautiful and elegantly styled summer wedding at Rudding Park.

The Light and luminous colour pallete of blush and ivory combined with Soft and dreamy Florals were harmonious with the graceful and poetic aesthetic of the wedding.

The radiant Faye’s dreamy bridal bouquet was super scented, with fluffy peonies, scented O’hara Roses and Sweet Pea’s. Offset with white Thistles to reference the families Scottish heritage.

Trailing ivory and blush naturally dyed silk ribbon from the Wonderful Lancaster and Cornish, was used to tie this heavenly smelling, textured bouquet.

The light and fluffy ivory Bridesmaid bouquets complimented their exquisite beaded dresses perfectly. Hand tied with Lancaster and Cornish naturally dyed ivory silk ribbon.

Large urns incorporating the luminous and textured florals used throughout, provided dramatic focal points within the church and reception. Whilst single Hydrangea heads tied with the silk ribbon lined pew ends, providing a simple but elegant aesthetic.

The table florals consisted of a mixture of elegant candelabras and chrome rose bowls .

Whilst the top  table featured a low glass bowl filled with florals and framed with floating candles in tall glass stemmed holders.

The cake was decorated with simple elegant floral heads and trailing foliage.

All imagery is take from Fine Art Wedding Photographer, Belle and Beau, who captured our bespoke florals and the beautiful and stylish day perfectly.

Thank you Faye and Nick.
